Sacred Earth Yoga is a practice that aims to reawaken the sensation of unity mind-body-spirit-earth. It is grounded hatha and vinyasa yoga, synchronizing breath, postures, and movement flows. The four elements – earth, air, fire & water – then guide the practice, serving as mirrors between the body and its environment.
Erica has been practicing yoga for 15 years. She completed her YTT 200 in 2021 at Awakened Spirit Yoga, Lake Atitlan, Guatemala, with a focus on yoga+permaculture.
